All art (paintings, murals, etc) that is commissioned will require a %25 non-refundable down payment before beginning. This ensures that if the buyer cancels on the rest of the painting, I , the artist, am not in debt for the price of materials for each piece. Failure to pay for a piece once it is completed will result in not only not receiving said painting, but it being tweaked minimally to be resold.
Murals require the same %25 non-refundable down payment and a contract to protect both parties.
I, Dee Marie of Doe Soul Art reserve the right to refuse customers. I will do this if asked to paint any of the following;
-Rape or any brutal crime
-any sort of graphic pornography, artistic nudity does not fall under this
-Anything inappropriate containing children
-Any propaganda
-Any sort of hate symbol or anything containing hate speech
-And all otherwise offensive or criminal material or acts.
To be extra clear, listed above is all things that will be declined as well as have you added to my blacklist of customers. Requesting any of these will result in you being permanently banned from commissioning or buying any art from me in any form.
